今年仕込んだワインを、品種ごとに順次澱引きをしてます。上澄みを違うタンクへ移して澱を取り除き貯蔵します。ベーリー・アリカントAのタンクですが、着色が物凄いぶどうなので酒石や澱がタンクへガッチリへばりついてます。
