山菜の王様、あいこ。雪どけの沢あいに
まずこごみが小さくこごんで姿をみせます。
そして、春の日を浴びて あいこがのびてきます。
根のほうの茎が赤いですね。
それから、うるえが緑の葉を巻いてのびてきます。
